Lysonna becomes stiff as a corpse to the touch and deeply troubled by what is going on around her. Having never been in such a dark environment of impending doom before she starts to take slow steps back and mumbles something indistinguishable in stuttering fashion.
GM: Lysonna will not move nor go forward at the moment.
You stop where you are at believing your armor's noisiness is disturbing what you believe to be the bats of the cave.
You send Wuhu ahead to creep slowly to the sound ahead. Wuhu takes careful steps while looking around. He finds the fluttering getting louder and louder until he is upon the corridors opening.
To his great astonishment he sees a mass of whirling bats fluttering around in great chaos and agitation. They create a tornado effect at times and your light can hardly break passed them to the other side of the cave room. Bat filth is everywhere almost caking everything you see. On the ground is another skeleton draped partially over the start of the bridge.
You can see nothing else of significance from here but you do notice that the bats are shifting their flight to where you are... You feel like prey... You feel them getting closer and closer to where you are standing as though thy are being directed to your presence.
GM: Say what you wish to do now.
Feeling that nothing more can be accomplished here you back out of the gloomy cave leaving the furious bats to rule the new home they have acquired.
On the way out you peer into each cave room and all seems as you left it but do notice the room where the skeletons sat has something odd about it. You look on in while tilting your head a bit to one side trying to understand what is different... It is as though the skeletons have somehow moved position slightly - not by much but a little. You shrug it off as your mind playing tricks on you and continue into the warmth of the sun as you exit the cave with nothing amiss but your dislike of bats.
You walk down the mountain and to where your wagon and horse are located - they are still there! You hop on the wagon and Thomas drives it further South.
After about fifteen minutes you come across a cave opening to the left. It is very similar to the one you have just left in that you will have to ascend the rocky mountain to reach it. You also notice yet another cave opening a little ahead and to the right in a similar location.
To the South you see smoke rising into the air possibly from camp fires.
GM: Say what you wish to do now.
You gather yourselves again into formation cautiously walking up to the mouth of the cave. There is enough day light shining into the cave that your lantern serves little purpose at the moment. The cave narrows into a corridor and then comes to an abrupt end about twenty feet from where you stand at the entrance. As far as you can see there is little evidence of recent activity around this area.

Rapier checks around the cave and does not see anything out of the ordinary however Wuhn does find something unusual about the rock surface at the back of the cave. Upon investigating he finds that by adjusting certain surfaces of the rock that are not steady he can dispel the illusion of a sealed cave and reveal a narrow hidden entrance... A secret entrance as it were that was covered by a boulder that has been chiseled down to be used as a doorway. With some help from Rapier, Wuhn shifts the large rock. It is pitch black within and whomever enters will not be able to go with lots of armor or equipment because it is a tight squeeze indeed.

As you stand around contemplating what to do a couple of arrows whiz through the air towards you without your awareness of their target.
GM: I am going to assign you each a number based on Party Order (Thomas -1, Pundit - 2, Wuhn - 3, Morton - 4, Lysonna - 5, and Rapier -6) and then make a random roll to see who is targeted. I get a 4 and 3. I then roll for hit with a +5 bonus: 12/15.
The arrows hit the earth and rock around you as you spin around to see where they came from but you do not see anything.
GM: It has been three days since last Party Order update, it can get worse. Say what you wish to do now.
From the way the long arrows rest dead on the cave's dusty ground you can see that they were possibly shot from above your location on the other side of the mountain across the pass. Quickly looking towards there does not show anyone at first glance but you do see where it would be possible for someone to strategically hide and use the rough ridge as an effective place for concealment and attack.
Meanwhile...
Wuhu takes a lantern and pushes himself against the rough rock to enter. It is a very tight fit but he makes it through in a helpless manner in that if someone were eagerly waiting for his entry then he would become easy prey but much to his delight there is no creature to welcome him immediately but treasures instead!
In various small glittering piles you see gold, silver plates, tapestry, clothing and antiques to one corner of the cave. You now focus your attention to the rest of the room. It is circular and has at one end a short corridor that leads to no where as it would seem.

Wuhn and Rapier head deeper into the isolated cave room. There are boot prints everywhere showing that the room is utilized often. They begin to check for traps...
GM: Thieves: It will save time if the thieves' Players can make the rolls for the action at the same time they post. Labeling it with the task they are performing in the room also helps me find it faster. I just need ONE roll for each action.
Thomas sets a position to shoot arrows at anyone that should attack.
GM: Thomas should make a combat roll as well as anyone else capable of using a bow.
The following events happen within the space of a minute:
On the outside of the cave room...
Thomas sees the archer bandits bob up and down on the other side of the mountain making pop shots towards him behind the mountain's ledge. The archer's aim is with great accuracy but the distance and Thomas' armor does a lot to protect him. Thomas' return arrows are very inaccurate and hit the sides of the mountain around the bandits at best.
On the inside of the cave room...
GM: I only have rolls for Rapier under D100 for checking traps so using his:
Rapier carefully checks each pile and determines there are no traps.
Wuhn and Rapier become busy with the treasure trying to sort it outside of the cave but they are gravely interrupted by what seems to be a sudden light from one side of the cave. You then see the rock begin to move, torch lights and bandits push themselves into the room towards you with shouts of,
"There they are, get them!"
On the outside of the cave room...
Thomas begins to notice the wagon below is beginning to move Southward but no one is driving it!
