Liberty Station resident's suit over Rock Church gaining traction

A dispute that pits one of the nation's largest churches against Point Loma neighbors aggrieved by its Sunday crowds may cost the area's developer millions of dollars. A judge tentatively certified Bonnie Mann's claim as a class-action suit, allowing her to represent other neighbors. Ref. Source 6
