What kind of work do you do?

I'm a Technical Support Engineer working for an anti-virus software company, so basically I get to explain the software to customers all day and help them solve their various installation, activation and whatnot issues, clean out malware etc.

I'll check into the thread after the parental board meeting of my daughter's school. BBL!

Funnily enough I have very much patience with the customers, even though I lack patience in many other areas of my life. I wish I was better at software development and coding in general, but that's something I never really got the hang of.

It actually feels pretty normal because he's such a down-to-earth guy. Of course you had the occasional 'friends' who tried taking advantage of you, and I'd be lying to say I wasn't bugged by the "Are you by any chance related to..." questions, but I don't think I had that much of a different life than others. For which I am very grateful between; I really don't want to know how being the child of a superstar like e.g. Tom Cruise must be like.
