AFP - Former prime minister Tony Blair and his wife sparked a fire alert when they were trying to cook breakfast at their country home, sending four fire engines racing to the scene, a spokesman said.

I thought these two would of had a chef or maid doing that for them? I guess so many years in the spotlight has rendered incapable of basic cooking:
1. Place bread in toaster
2. Set dial / lever to moderate
3. Press the side lever down
4. Wait a few minutes - do not leave the area with electrical devices on.
