Trains grind to a halt in Finnish capital

Finnish Railways (VR) announced Friday that its trains have come to a complete standstill in Helsinki at 11 am due to a technical problem.
The stoppage applies to both short and long distance traffic.
VR said it was attempting to investigate and fix the problem, but was not able to estimate when traffic could resume.
