WASHINGTON (AP) - U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, the court's oldest member and leader of its liberal bloc, says he is retiring when the court finishes its work this summer. John Paul Stevens, the second oldest and third longest-serving Supreme Court justice in history, dies at 99, Stevens, a Republican president's nominee who went on to lead the court's liberal wing, died on Tuesday.
