Jamaica's 2010/11 budget signals 'crunch time,' says minister

KINGSTON, Jamaica (JIS) -- Minister of Finance and the Public Service, Audley Shaw, Thursday kept his promise of "no new taxes", but warned Jamaica that it is now "crunch time", while predicting his 2010/11 budget will trigger positive growth in the economy by next March. Shaw projected 0.5 percent growth.
