Police say Pleasant Grove man videotaped women in public bathroom

A customer complained to a manager at the business that a camera was concealed in the bathroom ceiling, according to an affidavit filed in 4th District Court. Police said they found a cell phone behind a ceiling tile that was capturing video images. Ref. Source 1
