Phone scam targeting JEA customers

The Jacksonville-based utility said customers are getting calls warning their power will be cut off unless they make a payment right away. The caller offers to take a credit card payment over the phone and the unwitting customer hands over information that can be used to defraud him. Ref. Source 9
