Fox News reported that a fan was angry that his buddy was kicked out of a game they were watching so he showed his displeasure by putting his finer down his throat and vomiting on the guy next to him and his 11 year old daughter. The guy next to him was an off duty cop and game him a black eye. Later an arresting officer also reported the man vomiting on him too.

This is quite common actually (they also urinate to others) and when they are charged they are usually charged as if they have a weapon.
