Comments I get a message in my e-mail sometimes saying "blocked with too many connections", what does it mean?

Is this in reference to you being blocked or your firewall telling you this or your server stating this? I would need more specifics however this seems most closely associated with a server firewall Emailing you about blocking a certain IP. If so, you can tweak MaxClients and MaxRequestsPerChild in apache.
