It is hard to take people seriously when they make claims such as this. Generally in America and most countries I know of. If someone made a claim along these lines they would be deemed insane.

To me there is some sick irony here. Not only are the women "forced" into a strict demanding dress code. If they do not follow this code it is their fault that an earthquake hits. This is a good example why religion should be between God and the individual. When priests get power they cause all sorts of problems for the common person in the name of God.
