Sleeping With Eyes Open
Why is it that some can people actually sleep with their eyes open?
I am not sure about this, though I can say it exists. The mother of my son sleeps with her eyes open at times, as does my son. I wonder if this is more common than people think. It probably has something to do with REM sleep and the fact that the eye balls jolt about. This may open the eye lids, bypassing the pressure of them being closed. The subject is still in deep sleep but the eyelids have become unlocked. This is just a theory of course.
