Optelagent makes his way to the scene, cape fluttering behind him, and finds a number of other costumed individuals already on scene. "Well, this could either be good or bad." he thinks to himself as he eases himself down to the pavement from his levitation.

"I see there are a number of concerned citizens on this case besides law enforcement. I hope you don't mind one more pair of eyes," he says, addressing the others, then turning to look toward the scene. "This certainly smacks of a potential act of terrorism, with which I'm somewhat familiar, so we need to proceed carefully, whatever we do. Does anyone know exactly what is going on? I was listening in on my surveillance equipment but only got the briefest of details."

OOC: I wanted the Scientist and Business kits, do I just record them in the Profile section?

"Optalagent. It's a horrible combination of words that somebody I worked with once came up with, that makes it sound ridiculous, but sometimes ridiculousness and confusion can be an edge, so I went with it - what would I call myself otherwise, Captain Laser Eyes? So pedestrian."
