What is Banner Maker?

Banner Maker is a software for Windows (95, 98, NT, Me, 2000, & XP) that quickly (and easily!) allows you to create web-based banner ads, buttons, animated gifs, logos, and other web graphics. It's not just for banners!


I use it myself to create my avatars, banners , logos , backgrounds, buttons, animations and more... Its free!!

It appears you missed the line on the link provided that says, '15 day trial' which means that this program is shareware and not freeware. This section is for freeware software only.
