Comments: I am to give a talk at our monthly prayer breakfast. The subject is to be Goal Setting. Currently I am a bit scatterbrained about the subject and have been unable to focus and relate it to Catholic faith.

Yes I am confused as to what the subject is. If I knew I am sure I could give some good advice.
If it was just catholic topic I would say (being raised catholic) they focus to much on being not save able.

He said in his post that the topic is "Goal Setting", it seems it's hard for him to relate it to the Catholic faith. Matt maybe as a Catholic (assuming you are one) you could make a list of goals a good Catholic should have in life and read some bible passages in your talk.
