That does not matter, since worms propagate themselves and mass deliver they infect other users who infect other users etc. No one is going to look through each Email header of each Email to try and do a trace route to find out where it really came from. There is a lot of room for mistakes and for errors. A forum like this is a good example. With over 1000 members to date we send out equal number of Emails, all those members have legit Email addresses, but not all of those accounts may be wholesome and can 'say' we are spamming them when in fact they have agreed to receive Email from us - it has happened in the past hence I am talking from experience. In theory it seems good, but I want to see how they will work out those details.

JB, I understand your doubts. However, if your ISP limits the number of messages that can sent per day from your PC, then even if it is infected, it's ability to propogate will be limited. That is why it is a solution with potential.
