Finland's Häkämies to attend Afghanistan meeting in Germany

Jyri Häkämies (cons), the Finnish minister of defense, is to take part in a meeting about Afghanistan on Tuesday in Berlin, according to a statement on Monday by the Ministry of Defence. The two-day meeting is scheduled to discuss solutions for improving security and to support development in the region, as well as handing over responsibility to Afghanistan's authorities in stages.
