Should juveniles be sent to the death chamber?

I  was looking on the internet the other day, and found an interesting article.  Now in the supreme court I heard that the justices are debating on  should a juvenile recieve the death penalty.

Please tell me what you think.

I think that would be horrible :'(.

We first need to determine if the death penalty of itself is just before we could answer that. If it is not just well then it answers your question, but if it is just then I would say it would depend on age. If someone were just plain evil and 17 then yes, but children commit these acts usually because of the adults around them who either abuse them or show them how to do it.

I'm totally AGAINST that, not only in juveniles but in adults also. I think is terrible, it makes me really sad to hear that. Although I know it's a very tough situation.

Mental illness is no "excuse" either.
If it's a capital offense, then capital punishment should be the price.
