I was watching a reenactment of Fidel Urbina crimes on America's Most Wanted and they are truly heinous. This man needs to be taken off the streets of Chicago or wherever he is right now. I find this very hard to believe considering they were seen running from the scene of the crime. Looks a little to suspicious to me, just saying.

I wonder how these guys evade police so well. It seems certain people just have a skill or charm that lets them slip threw authorities fingers. I can remember more than a few stories of serial killers who were in custody or locked up, only to be let go to strike again.

One of the things about these criminals is they are cunning, that is what enables them to be so predatory in finding their prey and elusive against the police. The other thing is this guy gives Hispanics in the US a bad reputation because they are often identified with aggressive criminal acts. Thank goodness one of the women was able to escape.
