Issues Affecting The Caribbean
Former Prime Minister of Dominica, Edison James, is questioning the Speaker of the Dominica House of Assembly for declaring his and another seat vacant for failure to attend three consecutive meetings. James said the Speaker had no authority to do so and said that this should be done by the High Court.
