Escondido rejects bid to decry immigration law

An attempt Wednesday by an Escondido city councilwoman to renounce Arizona's recent immigration law opened old wounds that stemmed from the city's previous efforts to ban landlords from renting to illegal immigrants. Ref. Source 5
