Band of Holes - Pisco, Peru
What do you think about the Band of Holes at Pisca? Is it a natural formation. Made by humans for some unknown purpose or a major mining operation by aliens? Below is an aerial shot courtesy of Google. I should also mention that this formation cannot be seen well at ground level, only in the air.

It reminds me of the image of a strange creature in the ocean that "mines" for food. It actually looks almost exactly similar to the way they nest and dig for food. Strangely the scientist that was researching those life forms was never able to find them, and he searched for many years, I think 40 or more.
Those creatures exist at the bottom of the ocean though so I don't know what would have made these. It seems unlikely that this was formed by those creatures being that it is so high on the surface of the world.

Comments: I think the band of holes were used as either a defensive or offensive position. From my own investigations into them, limited though they are, it appears that half a mile East of them is what appears to be the ruins of a hill-side city. It can be clearly seen on Google Earth.
I've attempted to locate any information on these ruins but from what I can gather, they may not have been investigated yet.
