I think that it's excellent that somebody is trying to regulate the safety of online purchases of beauty products. I don't think that you can be too careful when it comes to your skin, and let's face it, without controls, anybody could be peddling dangerous or hazardous products.
Why would any woman or any person coming to think of it want to buy something like cosmetics online unless they knew before what they trademark offered and where it came from? You can't play with your skin like that.
