Troops Put 'Flags In' at Arlington Cemetery

More than 1,500 servicemembers from the "Old Guard" and other ceremonial units gathered at Arlington National Cemetery today for a sacred ritual marking the start of the Memorial Day weekend observance.

Tomorrow morning my veteran organization and others will be going to the local cemeteries to place american flags on those veterans buried in them. We will replace lost or broken grave markers too. This is a yearly thing. It is a honor to place flags on those who served proudly graves.
