Worst Web Site

Have you ever been to a web site that was super promoted or promised more than it gave? Maybe it was not even up or working? How about it having an 'Under Construction' sign?

Now we are not talking about novice sites, we are talking about sites that should be all that but they are not. If you find one like that please put it here for review (No porn or illegal sites please), but make sure to say why you think it is the worst web site on the net.

The site is:  Neopets.com

It's a virtual pet gaming site.  Geared towards all ages, but I'm about ready to put my pets up for adoption and dump my account.  Plus, twice my account has been frozen because some one hacked my account and did some illegal game play on it.  It happens quite a bit on their site to people who have much 'neopoints' (play money used to buy things for your pet) a large shop, and a large house.  I was lucky I even got my account back and all my stuff intact at all.  Plus, I always keep my password changed to prevent someone hacking it only someone always manages to hack it anyway.  Which bites even more because they can see that your account has done an illegal act, but they can't see the person who hacked it.  So, their site also has some security issues that need to be dealt with too.

It's pretty cool when they're not having problems with it.  But when they're having problems, their flash games won't load, or the scores won't send.  Sometimes, you goto open a page on the site and it comes up with some crap that the site is 'under maintenance it'll be up in running in a few minutes to a few hours'.

I heard about it before. As far as being cracked, you may want to look at the security update on the moderator board for tips to prevent others from acquiring your password.
