I just wanted to clarify that Clifton De Coteau is a Minister of State in the area of Education, not THE Minister of Education (Dr. Tim Gopiesingh ). About the laptops, not sure if those are the ones but Kamla said they were getting them extremely cheap and wasn't an issue at all.
