This is one of the scariest things about serial sex offenders as well as serial killers. They do NOT seem to rehabilitate YET they are left free after they complete their jail sentence and end up hurting more people.

Gardner pleads guilty to killing

John Albert Gardner III pleads guilty Friday to murder charges in the slayings of Chelsea King,17, and Amber Dubois, 14, ending weeks of speculation as to whether he would be charged in the deaths of both teenage girls. As a result, Gardner, a 31-year-old convicted sex offender, will avoid facing the death penalty, and instead be sentenced to two consecutive life sentences in prison without the possibility of parole.
