SpaceX was unsuccessful in its attempt to land part of a rocket upright on a floating platform in the Atlantic Ocean.
The landing attempt came after SpaceX launched the two-stage Falcon rocket on a resupply mission from Cape Canaveral, Florida, to the International Space Station.
On Twitter, SpaceX founder Elon Musk said: "Looks like Falcon landed fine, but excess lateral velocity caused it to tip over." Ref. CNN

Could it be that as a private entity they are making too many cutbacks and it is compromising their ability to deliver on time? They are having many mishaps of late and they are developing a bad reputation as a result.
