Wolter will take the strangers warning and move to join him. Escaping and living to see another day is foremost in his mind. Wolter understands he will need to learn to shoot a bow with half a hand again but feels that if he gets to a town with a good cleric he may be able to get his full hand back.
You spot the beggar and as you run towards him he throws an oil potion over your shoulder, it bursts into flames and you hear the wooden fence of the boar pen shatter to bits "harha that will keep them busy he says with a throaty chuckle"
Keeping to the shadows and under the smoke you make your way to the out skirts of this little town where the beggar has a mule waiting, "I cannot run as fast as you" with that the long endless journey begins southeast.
you can see the mining town in the far horizon to the west, and the mountains to the near north, the ocean is too your direct east, so you gather you are heading to a point between this town and where your ship docked. Not too far from the path you took to the mining town.
After a tiredsome 14 hour march you reach yet another small sand dune,
"we are here" he says as he runs around it and disappears, as you follow him you see the other side is an opened up lean-to (small half shack) he hands out rations for you to share, "we are waiting for one more person then I wish to ask a favor for saving your lives"
looking around you notice a few animal feed bags, and equipment for maintaining weapons and armour, an array of herbs and a few medical supplies.
Wolter would assume it would be good animal feed for camels upon examination.

Feroz gestures to the bard a show of thanks. He slumps down trying to find shade. Pulling his hat down a little over his eyes he rests for however brief a moment Feroz feels safe. He wonders what this task is but dares not ask.
Just as you settle in and get comfortable you hear a growing clinking sound.
Suddenly some form of giant ant person (only giant for an ant still in the small catagory) comes charging around the dune then suddenly stops as it notices you all,
"a Formian Worker" the beggar shouts out.
A worker is about 3 feet long and about 2-1/2 feet high at the front. It weighs about 60 pounds. has the legs and abdomen of an ant, and while a humanoid torso it is still covered in the hardened ant hide.
(probably best to look it up)
you can hear another one nearby walking around too.
(please put in all modifiers on your attack roll/skill leaving me only to roll the dice, thanks.)
Feroz stands but holds up his hands palms showing, using a body language that says, "I'm not hostile lets talk about this."
(I'm not really sure what any of my bonuses would be for that. I don't have them handy could you still factor that in for me please, just for a while longer?)
In a few seconds you get the hint its aggressive as it lets out a little scream and its manibles begin snapping as it bites the air while charging at your knee.
Feroz will jump then levitate to the top of the shack. Once on top he uses the spiked chain to kill any giant ants in his reach.
"We need to get out of here. These things are going to call in reinforcements no doubt.", Feroz says.
Upon seeing the Ant thing Wolter will pull his bow out and shoot arrows at it. HE will try to stay out of melee range if possible. He will use his Rapid shot Feat and his ranger skill with the bow. Thus as a ranger with Rapid shot as a feat and a specialized in Bow he gets three shots per round. Since he is wearing no armor.
