War Of The Gods - Game - Page 6

As Feroz and Unrogaar scramble across the deck with weapons flailing around everywhere there are a few narrow misses as arrows fly past. Feroz's silent image was not as lucky but left one poor orc archer quite confused.

Once in the dinning hall they notice the severity of the utter fear and panic of the patrons, so much screaming and crying but as they turn and see you two return from the deck armed to the teeth, a small glimpse of hope sparks in their eyes.

As you climb down the stairs into the hallway 25ft away at the same time there will be a half orc climbing up into the hallway from bottom level.
All the doors along the sides are shut and you hear a commotion from the rooms either side of you. A loud slap sound resonates from below deck followed by a whimper of a female, the sound follows the orc up the stairs.

The half orc hesitates as his brain scrambles for a way for him to defend, unarmed, against the half giant wall of pain sliding his way fast! The orc side takes over as he lets out a fierce blood thirsty yell, and in a berserk rage begins advancing too!
In another fight it would be like a head on train collision, but the hesitation and lack of weapons found the orc finding out just how sharp the axe head is as it tears across his torso. (10 damage)
He's clearly wounded but shows no signs of slowing down, impressed by the weapon or just desperate for one he reaches to snatch it from the halfgiants hand as he lunges at him,
UnRoggar seizing the opportunity waits untill the critical moment then heaves upon his mighty axe pulling it back from the way it came ferociously slicing right through the half orcs out reaching forearms severing both of them completely, the mighty back swing sprinkles blood across the wooden walls of the hallway, as the half orc falls to the ground with a thud and splash in the fast growing puddle of his own blood as his stumps continue to empty (39 damage)

You hear a voice yell from below, "if anyone tries to be a hero up there we will kill this girl, you hear me!"

Wolter is looking at the wardrobe or cupboard where the shirt is hanging. He will look for someone to attack or look for a secret passage to allow him to get to those who have attacked. If he can get to the lower deck then he will release his guard dogs.

Walter is probably considering how he got into the mess he is currently in. he cannot see, he is wounded, poisoned and unarmed and locked in the room with 2 stealthy and quick enemies....

As he threw back the clothes that hung concealing his hidden attacker, (he was suspended between the two walls of the cupboard holding himself off the floor behind some long shirts) Walter feels a thick paste along his arm which he realizes to be malyss root paste, his arm tingles as he feels a numbness try to take over but he shakes it off for now as he lunges at the halfling.

You stab him with his own magical dagger for 8 damage. He attempts to tumble past you but you are to quick and hit him again for another 8.
The dogs are going beserk back in Liz's room, you think that they probably found her attacker.
Things are looking like they are going your way as you approach the unarmed rogue who seems to be concentrating but not on you, on his empty hands.
Then with a small fiery flash the dagger disappears from your grip and into his.

Liz's door slams shut then another halfling comes rolling into your room with a cloud of smoke, shutting the door behind him, his clothes are torn and he bares bite marks but his blade in one hand is identical to the blade you held earlier and holds blood upon it but in his other hand is a bronze bottle wich smoke is pouring from so fast that within seconds the room is full of it and all vision is obscured

(The dogs shut in Liz's room bark and scratch at the door)

You hear the sound of the lock clicking over. You struggle to hear where your enemies are but pick up the feeling they are circling you from glimpses of there shadowy figures slowly dancing around the room, you feel they are probably trying to discern your exact location too,

You feel a breeze of a dagger narrowly miss you and hear the blinker dog attacking one of your attackers in a nearby corner.

You are all up to even time now, (bad guy rolled in just before the halfgiant got to the bottom of the steps) Feroz will notice smoke seeping through the bottom of Dorians door way.

The guy negotiating from below the ladder shouts "I want one person to come down here, we are getting off this boat and going free!"

Wolter will try to get a wall to his back and attack knowing that no one is behind him. If he can not see his attackers he will attempt to get to the door open it and let the other dog out of Liz's room. If he can get his hand on one of the halflings he will pick him up and body slam him to the floor. Then drive his knee into the halflings gut to drive the air out of his lungs. Once he does that he will take the dagger from the halflings hand and drive it into his chest. I believe that is a +4 modifier to a prone unmoving target.
