Yeah, this is huge. China is also turning North Korean freighters away. It appears President Trump got China to side with us in our current standoff with North Korea. I could be wrong, but it is looking that way.

They are playing their role well. I wouldn't be surprised if Xi discussed this with President Trump during Xi's visit here. If we play our role right this could work out. Let's hope it is plan and not a bunch of random acts that could end badly for South Korea and Japan.

I do not trust anything from China they are very good at playing both sides against each other. I would not be surprised to see this get escalated just to see China support North Korea and not anyone else.

That's possible and in politics a good rule of thumb is not to trust anyone. I hope Team Trump understands that. But if this is a plan and if China plays it's part this could work out. If not, well we'll see then.
