Christina Ricci, Liam Neeson and Justin Long. A young woman caught between life and death"¦ and a funeral director who appears to have the gift of transitioning the dead, but might just be intent on burying her alive.

Comments: Christina Ricci already has this kind of weird look about her so she was perfect for this part. I was surprised by the amount of n-dity in the film but I later read an interview by the director that says she wanted to create an atmosphere of a morgue where bodies are not kept clothed. The way After.Life was filmed had me guessing all the time. I couldn't figure out if I was watching a movie about the dead or a serial killer wanting to kill the living. It does keep you interested but at the same you're left wondering about a lot of things.

Comments: I didn't get the ending. Is this all just a dream of the boy? The boy's mom looked dead already and that didn't make any sense because someone must be seeing about the child. This movie left me confused more than anything else.
