Internet Explorer 7 = Mozilla ?

I think I might have mentioned this before, but I think I have confirmation enough to tell me that Windows Longhorn will be using Gecko under the hood for IE.

I thought that Netscape was going to be allowed to die? I doubt MS IE will try to use anything from Netscape having just paid a massive lawsuit unless what they are using is open code.
