Steven Jay Russell used to be a police officer, a devotee Christian, married and had children, but secretly he was concealing that he was gay. One day he decided to bring it out into the open and then everything changed. He quite his job, he moved, started one scam after the other, he would be caught each time, imprisoned and then escape. This happened several times much to the embarrassment of Texas, the Texas judicial system and even Pres. Bush.
