A bid to get listed building status for two buildings at a decommissioned nuclear power station in Gwynedd is rejected. Ref. Source 9

I can't say that I'm too surprised about this, if status had been granted for listed buildings the two buildings would become very difficult to sell on due to having building restrictions placed on them...not many people would want to buy buildings that had restrictions placed on them.

Gwynedd Nuclear power station would probably make a good factory considering what it housed before and you can convince workers it is safe.
