When I read this I thought, are we talking about the US? Since when you're not allowed to discuss things with your children? Since when the judicial system has a right to interfere with this right?

Well, this sort of stuff it illegal within the United States. I don't see how such a law could be enforced really but I think in general such topics should be off limits to children. They need time to develope their own opinions on these very important topics.
I do not see why the father should not be able to express his beliefs to his children. At the same time I don't think it should be the focus of discussion. There are many more important things to learn in this world other than this. If he has not broken any laws I do not see why he should be unable to share his religion with his sons. They are free to make their own choices.
I would say though I think they should be well informed on both sides. Which no doubt they are judging from this report. Again though I will touch on the fact that this shouldn't be a focus for the kids. This topic is touchy any way you look at it and should be one of the last things that comes into conversation until the boys are of age.

This is the sort of thing I do not like about the judicial system in other countries... They seek to tell you how to raise your children and what to teach them.
