This is a SICK man and I am pretty sure there are many victims out there and since he is on the run there are thousands of kids in danger.

Oh yeah, this definitely was not this guy's first victim. He had planned and terrorised many before. I hope the justice system works with this one and he is off the streets for a very long time.
