Brothers abused 'up to 50 people'

A victim of four brothers who sexually abused children in Fermanagh says up to 50 other childrens may have been abused. Ref. Source 8

This is really a shocking case, where 4 brothers have been abusing what sounds like most of the children in the area!

This has been going on for years, and I'm glad that at least 1 of the brothers has been jailed. 1 died, but the other 2 were mentally unfit and have been released to the community, which in my opinion is totally wrong.

How could these four be allowed to this to so many children without being caught? Where are the guardians over these children?
