Taco Bell Settles On Rape Case
What I do not understand is why the two teenagers settle for so low? They should receive at least a couple of millions because it occurred at a Taco Bell Restaurant and the perpetrator is also an employee.

According to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Taco Bell agreed to pay two 16-year-old employees in Memphis a total of $350,000. I believe that there is immense pressure on the Human Resources Department of any organization, because they are responsible for choosing the human capital of the firm. It is rather unfortunate that Taco Bell had to settle this claim, because this supervisor obviously passed all the entry tests that were probably implemented and background checks that were carried out. It is difficult to gauge the behaviour of an individual outside of work and eight years is such an insult. He should never be able to work at any organization because of the loss Taco Bell incurred as a result of his actions.

I am still shocked that they did not get the amount of money I think they should have set for. I am guessing they probably needed the money with urgency.

Case Rape Settles Bell Taco
I guess they settled this so they did not have to go through court and have to face their accuser. The fact that he pleaded guilty saved some taxpayer money. I think they could have gotten more. I would have made sure that Taco bell paid their education costs for four years of college on top of the money reward.
