Of course!!. Take the example of all those sick people that Jesus Christ heal. Most of them were beggers in the street but people tend to think  that were beggers only of money but not, they were beggers of somebody holy who could heal them. The jews at that time believed in that. When the doctor told them that nothing can be done but maybe to look for a holy man to heal them, they went out in the street waiting for somebody compassionate and holy to put their hands on them and heal them. So I do believe somebody can be healed of any dicease but the power of God and the faith of the person.

Spiritual healing from a higher power is possible and when all medical hope is gone, sometimes trust in God is all that a person has left.  I'm sure many people have heard miraculous accounts of cures from cancer and other terminal diseases.
I remember reading an article about a study that was done where patients in a hospital were prayed for by groups of people and other patients were administered the placebo (no praying). It was found that the patients who were prayed for recovered faster from illness. I'm not exactly sure of the exact details of the study but it is comforting to know that God does listen to prayer and provides healing for some.

I have read, many times, of studies that have shown that prayer can make a huge difference in healing. What is very interesting is that this appears to be true even if the person being prayed for, doesn't know about it!

Anyway, yes, I fully believe that spiritual healing can, and does, occur.

This is something I have discussed in many places, actually it is a topic that shows me how faithless and unworthy I have made myself to be. One can be given this as a natural gift and yet there are others who can request this gift, but it comes only after a regime of fasting, prayer and preparation. I feel there is much healing all around us, we just have to 'tap' into it or channel into it as the case may be.
