A terrorist is someone who has a bomb but doesn't have an air force

Comments: A terrorist is any person who uses intimidation as a means to accomplish their Goals, whether that be a Jehodist, an abusive husband or the neighborhood bully.
It's any person who relates to others in terms of brute force of body or will. And the will part of that equation can be very subtle & seductive.
And I would say that the problems of being able to weed out the Jehodist Terrorist from among the masses as they duck & hide is no different than the far worse cases of domestic terror among families now days all around the world.
The formal terrorist is merely a systemic reflection of the real terror that has long been embraced within families around the word.
The ugly face of formal terrorism is a picture of ourselves as a whole. As self centered individuals who justify our own selfish existence by looking upon formal terrorism as being something apart from us as people and something that must be stomped out.
In having that attitude...We would tend to annihilate each other as we are doing now. [..]
Anyone who feels terrorism should be stomped out is in need of some serious introspective thought.
I hope to be pulled away from it when the time comes for that. It will implode on itself without my help. And I'm sorry to see it as such a huge influence in our lives.
It's a problem that can only be solved by separation and self destruction. [..]
Unfortunately...I guess most won't do that.
Your original comment on this subject seemed to be soliciting clever remarks to this subject. But it is very serious and one that has a lot to do with us as individual persons in need of serious self examination and reorienting ourselves to truth in our personal lives.
I would classify myself as a terrorist in some of the angry thoughts I've had on different matters, and see the need to change that so I don't wind up loosing my soul to criticism or anger as being the primary motivator in my life.
It's easy to get caught up in criticizing others poor behavior as a means of justifying my own.
I'm certainly not condoning anyone's poor behaviour. I just feel the need to focus on changing my own.
Looking at the quote I would have to disagree with it. Anyone can have a bomb and not be a terrorist just like anyone can have a bomb and be a terrorist. The terrorist is in the mind. IT is what the person intends to use that bomb for. You do not have to have a plane to deliver a bomb. Just like you do not need a plane to go from one place to another. Granted it is quicker and easier to use a plane to bomb some one or some thing but a truck a car or a back pack can serve the same purpose.
Like I said it is the mind that it the terrorist. You do not even need a bomb to terrorize people. And as long as others allow you to terrorize them you will be a terrorist.
