GEORGE TOWN, Cayman Islands -- Net News publisher Desmond Seales, who underwent emergency heart surgery in Miami on 24 June, passed away on Saturday morning, 3 July. He was 71. Mr Seales had been ill with flu-like symptoms for several days prior to his air-lift to a Miami hospital late on Wednesday, 23 June.
