The incident happened near 200 East and Hampton Avenue just before 1 p.m. Allen's wife, 33, was not injured in the fire but was hurt during an earlier domestic dispute, officials said. The woman was able to escape with her children, ages 7, 2 and 10 months. The children also had gasoline on them when police arrived, but they did not appear to have any other injuries, Freitag said.
