I think this guy needs to be kept in custody due to his repeating behavior. I think he is a threat to anyone he is around. If he can beat his girlfriend half to death then why would care about anyone else? I think this act says a lot about what he will be on trail for.
I can understand why the victims family and widow were so outraged about his release. I hope this gal stays far away from him for now on.
