Bags With 70+ Dead Babies History & Civil Business Politics

I do not think this guy did anything wrong. He was told to take the corpses and bury them and it sounds like that is what he was going to do. THe fact that the families of these babies are just abandoning them at a hospital because they do not want to or can not afford to pay the burial fees shows a real problem. It sounds like this has been going on for some time.
