Bible Scholars
Are there any Bible Scholars that tend to hold your attention based on the input they give about the Bible? If so, who are they and why do you like them / their books?

Scholars Bible
The Bible scholar I want to highlight is not a christian bible scholar, but a long gone jewish bible scholar in Maimonides. Maimonides not only gave great insight to the jewish view of the scripture, but mapped out the proper way for the jews to live in modern (modern at that time) society. Today, he is still quoted liberally by jewish rabbis and scholars and his legacy continues to inspire and teach jewish students and teachers alike.
