What is your review for the entertainment value of the movie called, "White Dragon"?

Self absorbed teenage girl by chance gains the powers of The White Dragon. With these powers comes great responsibility, responsibility to help others. Not something that Young Phoenix is use to. She learns the joy of helping others but when an assassin named Chicken Feathers threatens to kill the young prince she loves, The white dragon vows to stop the assassin and protect the one she loves.
