Those rebounds are for those who are wealthy enough to look for a small profit on their investment, it has nothing to do with the average guy who is probably on his way to being homeless.

I agree I do not hear many who are in the market for a new house unless it to down grade to something that is more affordable. Many of the houses that are being sold I think in a year or two will be up for foreclosure as the job loss rate has yet to stop. The only houses that will be occupied are those who are rich or have steady employment.
