Each GM Has their preferences. For KNtoran it is level one for everyone to start. For others they may allow higher levels. Each GM has their Rule Thread. Look for them in the same Board link I gave you. Additionally you can ask within the Threads they have for well... Asking them questions.

Sure, glad you found it all. Just keep in mind two things:

1. The GMs are working adults / fathers / husbands, etc., so give them some time to check out your character. You can look for updates about once a day, and less on weekends.

2. We don't use net talk here at all, so be careful or the Moderators will bring you up on it.
